HYDROGRAPHICS LIABILITY WAIVER & ORDER FORM

I acknowledge that by allowing Carrington Motor Inc. (CMI) to decorate my item(s), I understand that flooding and water damage may occur and I do not hold CMI responsible for any damage related to the submerging of the item(s) in water. I acknowledge that a representative from CMI has explained the procedure for the decoration and I am willing to allow this process to take place even though my item(s) may be damaged.

I understand that some manufacturers that make claims related to waterproof or water resistant products may not have indicated a total submersion of the product in water as covered under any said claim. I understand that if damage occurs, the manufacturer may void the warranty.

I give CMI permission to decorate my item(s) and fully understand the risks involved.
